My tooth cracked in 2 pieces today in the morning, I called Dental365 and got an appointment scheduled immediately. Within 2 hours I had my tooth fixed by a super friendly Greek looking (and also great looking) girl and her assistant! If you have an urgent tooth problem in Amsterdam, look no further but Dental365.

I've been suffering a crippling toothache for a while now and by the weekend I couldn't deny it anymore. Out of the weekend dentistry options I felt 365 was my best bet. The service was thorough and professional. Dr Konstantinos Yfantis did a great job removing molar in question and he was very understanding of my anxiety, which was much appreciated.

Ik had al twee dagen enorme last van een ontsteking van mijn verstandskies. Geen held als het om de tandarts gaat, maar erg blij dat deze spoedservice er is. Het personeel, de dames, zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik werd snel geholpen en gelukkig was er een specialist kiezen trekken aanwezig. Griekse tandarts die zeker kunde en kennis heeft om 1. me gerust te stellen en 2. de kies vakkundig te laten verwijderen. Kan niet anders zeggen top service!! Nu komende dagen herstellen ?

Ik ben helaas de naam van de tandarts die uit Griekenland komt vergeten ( het was een lange naam) maar uiteraard zeer zeer goed geholpen. Doet zijn werk netjes, heeft geduld, luistert zorgzaam en neemt de tijd voor zijn patiënt. Ik ben verbaasd over hoe netjes en goed de praktijk eruitziet! De medewerkers hebben een voor een, een goede uitstraling. Tandarts uit Griekenland; dank u wel!!!

Afgelopen donderdag een wortelkanaalbehandeling gehad, was een spoedje, om 8.00 in de ochtend gebeld, kon om 11.00 komen. Tandarts was vriendelijk en bekwaam, tijdens de behandeling d.m.v een goede verdoving geen pijn gehad en gelukkig ook geen hevige napijn. Vervolgafspraak was vandaag om de kies weer op te bouwen, eveneens een ontspannen ervaring wat ik niet gewend ben om bij de tandarts te ervaren. En daarbij ging de rekening ook nogeens direct naar de verzekering en hoefde zelf niks te betalen, andere tandartsen wilden de eerste behandeling gelijk betaald hebben...., erg irritant als je hevige zenuwpijnen ervaart en geen of niet genoeg geld op je rekening hebt staan. Tot slot een echte lifesaver voor mij, Dental 365 bedankt voor de service, een echte aanrader!!!

Wauw wat een super tandarts! Vorige week kreeg mijn moeder enorme kiespijn, we belden deze praktijk op en konden vrijwel direct terecht! Aangezien mijn moeder een enorme grote angst heeft voor de tandarts, was het geen makkie voor haar om te gaan, maar deze tandarts en assistente waren zo ontzettend lief en begripvol dat mijn moeder bijna totaal niet bang was! Hartstikke bedankt voor deze positieve ervaring, mijn moeder heeft niet alleen geen kiespijn meer, maar is ook wat minder bang geworden!

I had an emergency with my teeth and made an appointment here. They have amazing service, very friendly workers and the dentist knows exactly what he is doing! I didn't expect them to be this good! After the procedure I directly got an email with a summary and pictures of what they did.

Zeer goede ervaring. Klacht werd serieus genomen en ik kon er snel terecht.Ik werd goed ontvangen door de vriendelijke receptioniste Sylvia. Dr Konstantinos Yfantis ging professioneel te werk. Neemt tijd voor zijn patienten en heeft een vriendelijke houding. Luistert goed. Vroeg ook tijdens de behandeling hoe het ging.Goede uitleg gegeven over nazorg en vervolgbehandeling.

Zo! Ben ik daar even snel en goed geholpen zèg! Mijn eigen tandarts op vakantie en zelf heel binnenkort ook. En toen brak een kies dus ik had meteen hulp nodig. Direct geholpen, niets te veel betaald en nog een leuk gesprek ook. Mijn tandarts was Johann uit Zweden. Zelf ben ik 50 en dus vaker behandeld aan mijn gebit. En daarom weet ik zeker dat dit één van mijn beste ervaringen ooit met een tandarts was. Top! Aanrader!

I highly recommend this place to travelers or locals. I was able to make an appointment same day within two hours could've actually had the appointment within 45 minutes. The place is super easy to find and once I arrived the staff were extremely helpful and nice got me right into see the doctor took a quick x-ray and an exam He fully explain to me what was going on as I had had a bridge put in several weeks ago in Thailand and was experiencing some pain Again I highly recommend Dr. Konstantinos Yfantis and this practice as a whole if you have any dental problems in Amsterdam give them a quick call or email you won't be sorry

I had a chipped tooth during our camper travel and the local dentist in the town we were visiting wouldn't help me. So we found Dental365 who offer walk-in service 24/7 in Amsterdam. We had to drive 2 hours to get there from where we were, so we called in advance and there immediately was a place for me. The dentist was a kind young woman who explained the whole procedure in advance and also pointed out the total cost in advance, so no surprises. X-ray pictures were taken and the tooth was easily removed after anesthetics. I had a lot of fear for dentists but this was by far my most pleasant experience ever. We can recommend this dentist with ease. Great job! No more tootache. :)

My first impression of Dental 365 was a very clean and easy to find clinic. I was welcomed by Aida whose English was impeccable and smile made me and my friend both feel comfortable. She was able to assist my friend in getting an appointment as soon as possible, We were offered a beverage and we were seated for about 5 mins before my friend was taken through. For something she was so nervous about as we are from another country, She was explained everything clearly and had her teeth fixed in no time. Being travellers ourselves we could not reccomend a dentist more. Thankyou for a pleasant experience we need more clinics like this in Australia!

I use to have a bad experience with dentist and was scared each time I had to go. But the dentist I had at this practice was great! He explained everything, walked me through the options, the side effects. And even when having the anesthesia, the injection didn't hurt. He is really good! This dentist is a dream! The office is very warm and inviting. The receptionists and hygienists are incredibly sweet, nice, and attentive to all patients waiting. I had 2 invasive procedures, but the dentist was incredibly kind and patient and what could have been terrible seemed seamless. They deserve all the business available in amsterdam. I had a number of fillings done in this clinic. As I really wanted to get all my problematic teeth done as quick as possible, I had the chance to see 3 different doctors: All of them were really professional, gave me ample information, worked fast and painless, and did a great job in general. Never had to wait for an appointment, and the place is literally 24/7 walk-in. Too bad they don't do regular checkups, I would like to come here with that too. They have my full recommendation.

I'm very impressed. I booked an appointment online and received an immediate phone call verifying everything. Staff were all very polite. The clinic was very tidy and clean. I had a bad tooth extracted. The dentist informed me of my options and was straightforward about the costs. The procedure was basically painless. It was also quite affordable. The office is a short tram ride away from Amsterdam Centraal Station and was easy to find.

If you need to repair your teeth, I recommend you go to Dental365. They have a great team of staff and nurses, fluent in many languages, they have very good doctors. Afgelopen zondag kreeg ik last van kiespijn, maandag belde ik mijn tandarts op voor het maken van een afspraak. Ik kreeg te horen dat ik er pas in februari terecht kon omdat ze het enorm druk hebben. Dinsdag ochtend werd het erger met de pijn en belde ik nogmaals mijn tandarts, nee mevrouw het kan echt niet! Ik ben op Google gaan zoeken en kwam direct Dental365 tegen nadat ik alles zorgvuldig ben gaan lezen gaf dit mij direct een goed gevoel. Ik heb vanochtend 17 januari ongeveer om 11.00 uur gebeld met Dental365 kreeg Rifa aan de lijn ze luisterde goed naar me en gaf aan dat ik er om 13.20 uur terecht kon. Ik was superblij dat ik vandaag nog de mogeliheid had om langs Te gaan. Aangekomen bij Dental365 heb ik mij aangemeld bij de balie enorm vriendelijk ontvangen door de dame wie ik telefonisch had gesproken voor een afspraak. Ik heb een vragenlijst moeten invullen wat heel normaal is en er werd mij gevraagd of ik wat wilde drinken, meteen daarna kwam Dimitris mij ophalen met een glimlach wat ik persoonlijk erg uitnodigend vond. Aangegeven wat ik had en de assistente Sihem stelde mij ook erg op mijn gemak, tijdens de behandeling heb ik mijzelf enorm goed gevoeld! Dimitris, Sihem en Rifa en natuurlijk Dental365 enorm bedankt voor jullie inzet het heeft mij verbaast om direct geholpen te worden wat vaak niet het geval is. It has been 3 days until my holidays and my molar started hurting badly. I'm super scared when comes to dentist and I had many, many, if not uncountable bad experiences with dentists in general. I have been by Evie and her Assistant Siham! They treated me super professional and very gentle. Evie had to do a really, really tough refilling, close to the nerve and did it super precise! I can't say how thank- and joyful I am and can recommend the hole clinic. It's unbelievable what job they do compared to other "show and shine" dentists. There is no other option for me anymore when it comes to dentists! :) Don't be afraid, just go!!

Quick and good work for an urgent case ! I broke a bit my tooth by falling from my bike on my way back home after work, called them immediately and after quick questions about the urgency of my case, I get an appointment the morning after at 9h. Very kind people, the dentist Dr. Konstantinos Yfantis did a good work in rebuilding my tooth with resin, all in a happy mood, very carefully during the process (I didn't had pain during the rebuilding), very attentive to all questions. They are adapted for expats (all in English) and probably tourists (they automatically asked), I recommend them for emergency accidents !

Wisdom tooth started hurting first day of my holiday - I found out about dental 365 and visited the second morning - the staff were all incredible supportive and helpful , and I was seen by Dr Yfantis who was able to explain everything clearly and prescribe pain medication, antibiotics and advice for me. Thanks again also for the dental nurse who did my X-ray who was very kind when I was in pain. Would recommend to anyone.

My experience at Dental365 was great. Aside from getting the job done, the doctor/surgeon really made me feel comfortable and less nervous which is to be expected when you have to have all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. The doctor is a very gentle and like able man who really cares about how the patient experiences the extraction and continuously asks whether you are feeling well which is comforting. The place itself looks modern en very clean. would recommend.

I arrived at the clinic with extreme toothache and was treated like a princess. They treated me with affection and respect, and I had never felt like this in any dental clinic here in Amsterdam. I tried to be accepted all over Amsterdam, hospitals and clinics were full or lazy! and only to clinic dental365 accepted me at the last minute. The surgery was done with the best surgeon in the Netherlands! He was quick and efficient, just like everyone else in the clinic: efficient, the owner was there and treated me very well, the receptionist gave me a lot of emotional support. After a couple only 2 days they called me worried if I was feeling pay. How kind? I am so glad I found you guys! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! ❤️

Some days ago I had extreme pain at a molar and I went to Dental365. I always had fear about dental treatments and was really scared to go to the dentist but the pain was too much. I was with dentist Danilo who helped me and made a root canal treatment. The treatment was really comfortable and I had no pain. After the anesthesia I felt a little sensitivity but the pain has completely gone. Recommended 100%

I have come to this dentist three times since I've lived in Amsterdam, twice to get my wisdom teeth removed. Getting in contact is very easy as the hours are so extended and they are great at following up and sending reminders. Each time I arrived to the door I have been greeted by the friendly front desk staff and been offered something to drink. The waiting time is minimal and the building is in a great location (easy to reach from the tram if you're using public transport) and is very well-kept and comfortable. I was quite nervous to get my wisdom teeth out seeing as I have heard many horror stories of how the process goes, but my fears were completely unwarranted due to the capable hands I was in. The surgeon's charisma (which you will not forget) is equal to his surgical skills, and he was able to calm me down and reassure me on my first visit. He popped my wisdom tooth out like a tic-tac in less than 20 seconds both times. I am still impressed at his speed and precision. They provided detailed instructions on aftercare as well, and I never had any problems with recovery because of how well the surgery was performed and how specific they were with what steps to take after. Overall, the staff are simply fantastic in both their hospitality and their respective skills. Honestly the best dentist I've been to. If I ever move out of Amsterdam I will be flying back yearly for a checkup.

Het was heel goed hier te zijn. Vanaf het moment ik aankwam tot het moment ik in de kamer kwam was ik zo zenuwachtig. Er wordt eerst een foto gemaakt voordat je naar binnen gaat. Zenuwachtigheid is heel normaal maar de kaakchirurg stelde me heel gerust. Hij maakte ook heel veel grapjes om mij gerust te stellen. De verdoving gaf hij me ook. En vroeg me daarnaast of ik iets voelde. Mocht je iets voelen steek gewoon je hand op en dan geeft hij je meer verdoving. Tijdens de behandeling vroeg hij me ook heel vaak of alles goed gaat. Om eerlijk te zijn merkte ik nieteens op dat hij al klaar was en ik was heel verbaasd omdat ik niet had verwacht dat hij al zo snel klaar was. Toen gaf hij me advies hoe ik het moet behandelen. In 1 woord zijn ze geweldig en ik raad een ieder aan om hier naartoe te komen voor een behandeling. Ik heb er geen woorden voor. Mocht ik weer een verstandkies uittrekken kom ik zeer zeker hier naartoe. Bedankt dental 365 jullie zijn GEWELDIG!!!!!

Great practice, was treated by a general dentist and a specialist. Very professional and friendly staff, also on arrival at reception. Pay upfront and claim back process, in general not a problem in my opinion. Not sure about price levels as I had a specific complaint. However, I'll be back - probably swap from my normal dentist here due to the professionalism, knowledge and good processes.

By Far one of the best dental clinics out there! Called this morning and had an appointment 2 hours later. Procedure went very well and Dr. Dario really took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly; he made sure I understood what was going on and did a great job! I had such great experience, from the people behind the desk to the doctor . I could get an appointment very fast and the Dentist Mr. Ernesto Dias was fantastic. I did not fell any pain, mr. Dias was very polite, friendly and very professional. I could not ask for a better treatment. I highly recommend it .

I visited the Amsterdam office on a Saturday morning because I had a broken tooth. First of all they quickly set the appointment and the doctor who treated my tooth (Angelika) seemed very professional and kind and applied a temporary fix on my tooth very neat and fast. The other thing that I liked was that she was very transparent and explained everything and also all the possible permanent solutions for me :) Also her assistant Meltem, was very welcoming and kind. It was my first visit to dental care center in Amsterdam and I am completely satisfied with it!

Hands down the BEST dentist experience I've ever had (and I've had a lot), had two procedures that are usually quite painful (wisdom teeth extraction and a wound cleaning) but both were almost painless. Both of these were based on appointments booked last-minute, was given an appointment 1 hour after I called. All the dentists and assistants were so lovely and friendly, felt really taken care of as a patient. Would recommend 110%. :)

Easy to get an appointment on short notice. Was there on Saturday as a part was broken on Friday evening. Fixed in 15 minutes. Helpful staff, all speaking English and Dutch, highly recommended!
